Booking and payment
A 30% deposit secures your booking. The balance is due one month before your arrival.
Cancellation
If you cancel more than 60 days before arrival, you are released from paying the balance. Within that period, any sums already paid are retained and are non-refundable. We do know that the unexpected can happen: each situation is considered case by case, with understanding, though nothing can be guaranteed.
Security deposit
A security deposit is required; the amount varies from one home to another. It is returned within the week following your departure.
Arrival and departure
Arrival from 4 pm, departure before 10 am.
Number of guests
The maximum number of occupants is the capacity stated in each home’s listing.
Minimum stay
It varies according to the time of year and the home. It is stated in each listing.
Cleaning and linen
End-of-stay cleaning is always included. Household linen is included, except in the Marmotton, Bouquetin and Chamois chalets.
Tourist tax
It is added to the price of the stay, at the rate in force in the local municipality.
Pets
We love animals, but unfortunately pets are not allowed, with the exception of guide dogs.
House rules
Our homes are places to live and rest, in neighbourhoods where people live. Loud or disruptive parties are not permitted and smoking indoors is forbidden. Thank you for being considerate towards the neighbours.
